Booking
How can I book?↓
You can book directly on our website in the "Book" section — it's the most convenient way, with no fees. Alternatively, call us at +39 388 733 5444 or email us.
What is the cancellation policy?↓
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before check-in. Late cancellations may be charged one night. For non-refundable rate bookings, no refund is provided.
How do I receive the booking confirmation?↓
You will receive a confirmation email at the provided address within minutes of booking. Also check your spam folder if you don't receive it.
Are there hidden costs?↓
No. The listed price includes breakfast, Wi-Fi and all taxes. The only addition is the municipal tourist tax of €2 per person per night (children under 12 excluded).
Check-in & Check-out
When can I check in?↓
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can drop off your luggage for free. For arrivals after 10:00 PM, please contact us in advance.
What time is check-out?↓
Check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, contact us — subject to availability, we will try to accommodate you.

Is breakfast included?↓
Yes! We offer a hearty continental breakfast with fresh local products every morning. It's included in the room price.
Is there parking?↓
We don't have private parking, but there are public paid car parks nearby. Contact us for specific directions.
Are pets allowed?↓
Unfortunately we don't accept pets, except guide dogs for the visually impaired.
Is there Wi-Fi?↓
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is free in all rooms and common areas.
Location & Attractions
How far is the beach?↓
Torre del Greco overlooks the Gulf of Naples. The closest beaches are about 10-15 minutes on foot.
How do I get to Naples?↓
The Circumvesuviana connects Torre del Greco to Naples Central in about 20 minutes, with frequent trains.
How do I get to the Pompeii ruins?↓
Take the Circumvesuviana towards Sorrento, stop at Pompeii Scavi. About 15-20 minutes by train.
